Some good ideas, but frustrating.

This builder is easy, quick, and decent looking. The builder page uses frames, so navigating is quicker. Also, there's a sidebar with all the tools to alter your page, like wallpaper, pictures, edit text, etc. The pictures section involves a linking method of getting pictures that I haven't figured out yet. It's probably pretty easy, but I haven't taken the time. However, the one major drawback to this is that your area to actually work in [because of the frames] is about the bottom 5th of the screen. This means an annoying smooshedness to the whole experience, and constant scrolling. For me, this in itself was a real detterant, but maybe it's just a pet peeve of mine. On the whole, FortuneCity is a decent builder.
